Mark Foster
Chief Executive Officer

Mark brings extensive leadership experience in telecommunications and scale IoT deployments. Previously Mark led the build out of UScellular’s wholesale business including commercialization , client onboarding, systems, technical support and customer success. This endeavor resulted in the connection and ongoing support for millions of IOT devices across a wide range of industries and applications. Through the effort of this team, a unique connectivity architecture was created that many utilities rely on for access to public networks today. Prior to UScellular, Mark served as a member of senior leadership for iMetrik, a large IoT solutions provider where he oversaw the deployment of and go-to-market of millions of devices across various market verticals.

Mike Irizarry
Chief Technology Officer

Mike Irizarry, PhD has over 30 years of experience driving technology strategies. As Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO) of UScellular, he led complex, high-impact initiatives spanning network build-outs, operations, and advancements such as 5G, 4G, 3G, VoLTE, and large-scale network expansions. Mike directed strategic investments, guided digital transformation across end-to-end business processes, and oversaw information systems, application development, data warehousing, billing technologies, and enterprise program management. Prior to UScellular, Mike held leadership roles at Verizon, Bell Atlantic Mobile, and PageNet. He earned his PhD in Computer Science and is a senior member of the Association for Computing Machinery and IEEE, with contributions to the 6G Alliance and ATIS. He served on the boards of UScellular, the NGMN Alliance, and the ORAN Alliance, and currently sits on the advisory boards of Global Telecom, Ubicquia, Connect 5G, and ByVerTek fiber.
